TOPICAL HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CHAMBERS

Topical Hyperbaric oxygen raises tissue oxygen levels at the would site where hypoxia is present. This increases growth factor levels and promotes wound healing, even in complex wounds with mixed etiology. 

Applied via a portable extremity chamber or a topical sacral unit, each treatment offers:

•  Diff used Oxygen which raises capillary PO2 levels at the wound site, stimulating capillary budding and granulation of new, healthy tissue.

• Increased Leukocyte function that enhances antibacterial activity and suppresses bacterial growth.

• Intermittent Pressure which stimulates circulation and reduces edema.
